Duties: Support, configure, and maintain SharePoint 2003, 2007, and 2010 farms for the company Intranet, Extranet, and Public websites. Develop and support custom business applications and web services on the SharePoint and ASP.NET platforms. Provide end-user support and training.
Projects (Completed and In Progress):
CONEX – new SharePoint 2010-based Intranet site with custom branding and features, integrated with NewsGator Social Sites, and the consolidated home all of existing internal SharePoint content (content migration in progress from SharePoint 2003 and 2007)
Electronic Contracts – web tools built on SharePoint 2010, ASP.NET, and WCF web services to create and manage customer contracts. Customers with existing contracts about to expire receive in-browser notifications automatically and are provided with an online site to review and select a new contract. Existing customers who wish to create a new contract or change to another contract have the option to request the new contract to be created and sign the contract online. Both types of contracts are PDF forms that have been filled out programmatically with customer details and signatures. Copies are provided to the customer and are managed using SharePoint. Customer facing portions are custom ASP.NET applications and the internal facing portions are custom SharePoint Application Pages, Lists, and Libraries.
Channel Maps – SQL & SharePoint-based solution to synchronize the channel line ups for each area served from the physical hardware in each location. Data is organized and optimized to display accurate channel line ups with channel logos, etc., on the public-facing website.

Systems Analyst Senior — Arizona State University, Business Applications — Tempe, Arizona — Jan. 2008 to April 2010
Duties: provide support to internal and external customers for various University systems; graphic design; web design and application programming; and query as well as manipulate data using various University systems.
Supported Systems: SharePoint Intranet sites (UBiz and Sustainability Practices Network), Surplus Property Management System, PeopleSoft Courtesy Affiliations for external users, Hyperion myReports for Property Control and Surplus Property, and various other systems and software.
Projects Completed:
Surplus Property Management System- customization, implementation, documentation and training for SPMS ASP.NET application.
UBiz Intranet SharePoint Site – developed SharePoint Intranet site for University Business Services with custom branded master page. Provided central locations for project information (UBiz Labs) and collaboration portals used within University Business Services and with vendors (UBiz Spaces).
RFID Asset Tracking – conducted pilot of approximately 1000 assets to determine the benefits and the return on investment of implementing RFID-based asset tracking.
Purchasing Document Management – developed custom SharePoint-based document management system using eCopy PaperWorks and ShareScan for document imaging.
SunSET (Surplus Exchange and Transfer) – developed custom SharePoint-based solution for University departments to share excess supplies and equipment before sending them to be sold at Surplus Property.
University SharePoint Master Pages – developed SharePoint 2007 master pages to incorporate the official University branding.
Misc. – various other projects of varying magnitude and scope centered around SharePoint and ASP.NET.
In October 2009, spoke on behalf of eCopy (now Nuance) during the Microsoft SharePoint Conference 2009 in regards to the success of a project involving the reduction of paper, postage, and labor for a Purchasing process by utilizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and eCopy PowerWork/ShareScan.
Technical Support Analyst Assistant — Arizona State University, Surplus Property — Tempe, Arizona — April 2007 to Jan. 2008
Duties: Directly supervisor IT employees (students); computer and other IT related troubleshooting and repair; graphic design; web design and maintenance; customer service and support; and coordinating/clerking Surplus auctions.
Projects Completed: Implemented web-based system to manage Surplus inventory, manage disposal and move requests, and to facilitate the Surplus auctions and sales; redesigned and maintained the Surplus Property and Recycling websites; contributed to the reorganization of the Surplus warehouse for better customer experiences; and assisted in writing new University policy for the newly defined Surplus procedures.
